Cats and dogs are welcome at Kimberly Village. Your Pet will enjoy Packy Roman's Park located just minutes away from our property. We allow pets up to 80 lbs. We require a $150 non-refundable fee as well as a $150 deposit. Our pet rent monthly is $25. We allow two pets per apartment home.
